You can always cancel your subscription, 1 month in advance to the next delivery.
If you want to change your subscription — whether to a larger or smaller plan — it’s very easy.
Just send an email using the following template to sales@vibe-global.com:
"Dear VIBE Team,
I would like to change my subscription.
Current subscription:
Desired subscription:
Email address linked to the subscription:
Thank you very much."
Once we receive your message, we will cancel your current subscription and assign you the new one within 2–3 business days and send you a confirmation via email.
Please note that you can only cancel your subscription using this form.
